[Feature Stories] Koko, an Upmarket Pets Puppy!
Our Feature Story this month comes from Ann and Adrian, the owners of Koko, a Cairns Terrier cross Pomeranian! Ann and Adrian have had her for almost four years now and love her to bits.
Ann says, “Koko was bought from Upmarket Pets in August 2004. She was the cutest little puppy hiding at the bottom, behind all the bigger puppies. We asked to see her, and she climbed up on and gave me a tiny lick on my nose. My boyfriend had a cuddle and she snuggled right into him, safe and secure. It was love at first sight. We took her home there and then.”

Temperament:
Pomeranians are happy and alert dogs that want to know what’s happening at all times. They are protective and loyal to their owners, which makes them great watchdogs. Also known to be a ‘lap dog’, Pomeranians make excellent companions.
Pomeranians prefer to be kept inside the house, but do enjoy walks and getting out and about with their owner. When they are socialising with other dogs, their owners need to be aware of their protective nature.
